Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without ALVIA's prior written authorisation. Unauthorised exploitation may constitute infringement, punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The processing of personal data is set out in our site privacy policy and, for the app, in the app privacy policy. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability over your data.

6. Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no cookies: no advertising cookie, no third-party commercial tracker.

Audience measurement relies on an in-house solution: pages viewed and interactions are recorded as events, attached to a visit identifier and a visitor identifier generated at random and kept in the browser's local storage. These measurements are carried out for ALVIA alone, are not cross-referenced with any other processing and are not passed to any third party. Details in the site privacy policy.

ALVIA endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The publisher cannot however be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or possible technical failures. Cumpà is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a qualified health professional.
