€9.90 is five coffees at the bar. €89 a year is one coffee a week. A coach costs around €40 a session: Cumpà is there every day, and it knows whether you slept badly.
What we get asked about the price.
Why a card for a free trial?
So the subscription starts without asking you anything again on the eighth day. Nothing is charged before. You can cancel at any time during the 7 days, from your phone, and nothing happens.
What if I don't subscribe?
You keep the app. Every day you see the session picked for you and the reason. You can start one a week, in full. On other days, the subscription offer comes back when you press Start.
When can I stop?
At any time, without fees or justification. The subscription is managed in your Apple or Google account settings, not in Cumpà. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can the price change?
Never retroactively. If the price ever changes, you're told at least 30 days ahead, and you can stop before it applies.
And the beta testers?
Nothing to pay during the beta. At its end, they're told the switch date in advance and choose knowingly.
What do I lose if I stop?
Live sessions, except one a week. Not your account or your history: they're kept, and you can come back later without starting over. To erase everything, see the Delete my data page.
